Status Update as of February 18, 2025

On February 18, 2025, the Supreme Court of British Columbia granted an Order appointing PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. ("PwC") as the Receiver and Manager (the "Receiver") without security, of all of the assets, undertakings and property of 1385954 B.C. Ltd., Elykwood Forest Products Ltd. and 1337073 B.C. Ltd.
